Service Description

Chen Style (陈氏太极拳) The oldest and most martial form. Features both slow movements and explosive bursts of power (fajin). Includes deep stances and silk-reeling exercises (chan si jin). Tai Chi (or Taijiquan, 太极拳) is a Chinese internal martial art that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing, meditation, and martial principles. It is practiced for health, relaxation, self-defense, and spiritual growth. Rooted in Taoist philosophy, Tai Chi emphasizes balance, harmony, and the cultivation of Qi (vital energy).
